CNC punching

Continuous punching is suitable for high-quantity parts and gives the advantage of combining several punching operations within one continuous process. Usually uses a single press and runs at moderate speeds.

Multiple die press

Multiple die press manufacturing process is utilizing separate Lead press and Rework presses for each die station. With simultaneous control of multiple presses larger and more complicated sheet metal parts can be produced.

Spinning

Spinning is suitable for hollow structures and allows thinner gauge materials to produce structurally strong components.

Tube bending, tube drawing

Tube bending and drawing process produces the desired shape without cutting or welding the tube, and thus maintains part integrity.
